Konta is provided as a business record-keeping tool. Users are responsible for confirming their own figures, exchange rates, reports, and tax or regulatory obligations.

The app is offline-first. Cloud sync is optional and is used to back up data, restore access on another phone, and show app update notices when enabled.

Synced data may include business names, users, records, activity logs, exports metadata, and device tokens for notifications. Access is protected through Supabase security rules and platform server controls.

Konta is not open source. The product, interface, brand, and code are owned by the developer unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
